I grew up in a small boating community in Harrison Twp, MI.

I can remember being a 3 year old kid sliding my little fingers down momma’s piano from one side to the other just mesmorized by the sounds.so my momma gave me my very first record,it was “ elvis presley’s golden records volume  one “.she bought me a little tykes orange record player for christmas, showed me how to use it and sent me to my room.then it was on….i knew even at 3 years old exactly what i wanted to be when i grew up,”dave aaron”.

Now when i was a kid,i was a really big dreamer and i still am.i use to pretend that i was hank aaron knockin that wiffleball clear out of my backyard stadium,or becoming the new heavyweight champion of the world “ mohommad ali”when i’d play fight with my friends.my favorite however was pretending to be elvis presley when it was my turn to sing on “star search” ,and every now and then i still pretend to be jerry lee lewis when i play “great balls of fire “ on the piano at house partys.

Today, i picture myself receiving the CMA “best new vocalist award” or “entertainer of the year award" to have a dream in your heart and to be able to transfer a feeling into a sound,is truly a gift from god.

I got my first guitar and wrote my first song at the age of 5.you watch enough elvis movies and the next thing ya know, your writing song’s about cleaning your room.one thing i learned from elvis was that you gotta have a hook, a whistling melody line, a catchy chorus and that the song cant be more than three to four minutes.

I currently live on the island of key west, florida.it’s a blessing to wake up every day to the smell of jasmine ,sandy feet and to feel the breeze off the ocean .this is where i write my vision of country music with no influence from the mainland.

Elvis presley once said that “i don’t sound like anybody“ so my goal is for you to recongnize with-in 3 seconds of turning on your  radio dial that it’s dave aaron playing. I believe that for every moment  there is a song, and i wanna be that song.

Thank you for listening to my dream and considering me to be an artist on your roster and the future of your company.
